Fulfillment:
  -Once we receive your initial deposit and signed agreement, your project is officially active. We will schedule an initial consultation within 5 business days to discuss your design preferences, functionality requirements, and content strategies.

Design Phase:
  -After the consultation, our design team will create initial concepts based on your inputs. You will receive the first draft within 10 to 15 business days. You have the option to request revisions or approve a concept to move forward.

Development Phase:
  -Upon approval of the design concept, we will begin the development of your website. The timeline for completion depends on the complexity of the project, typically ranging from 30 to 60 business days. During this phase, we will provide you with weekly updates. Changes requested beyond the scope of the initial agreement may affect project timelines and costs.

Testing and Revision:
  -Before final delivery, we conduct thorough testing across all major browsers and devices to ensure functionality and responsiveness. You will have the opportunity to review the site and request final adjustment.

Launch:
  -After your final approval, we will assist in launching your website on the agreed-upon date. We ensure a seamless transition with minimal downtime.

Post-Launch Support:
  -Our fulfillment policy includes 30 days of post-launch support to handle any unforeseen issues or minor tweaks. Extended support and maintenance packages are available for ongoing assistance beyond the initial period.

Refund Eligibility
    - Refunds are only applicable to the initial deposit or payment made for web design services.
    - Refund requests must be made within 3 days from the date of website delivery.

Non-Refundable Services
    - Any expenses incurred by Thynk Tech Systems on behalf of the client, including but not limited to third-party software licenses, domain registrations, and stock photos, are non-refundable.
    - Services already provided or completed milestones are non-refundable.

Refund Procedure
    - To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to Thynk Tech Systems via email or through our client portal.
    - The refund request must include the reason for the refund and any relevant documentation supporting the request.

Refund Approval
    - Refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 48 hours of receipt.
    - Thynk Tech Systems reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the reason provided and the circumstances surrounding the request.
    - If the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of approval.

Partial Refunds
    - In some cases, Thynk Tech Systems may offer partial refunds based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of the refund request.

Cancellation Policy
